Japanese metal phenomenon BABYMETAL will take the stage at Lifepark Istanbul on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, presented by Neo Events. Blending the power of metal with high-energy choreography and flawless production, the band promises an epic night in Istanbul.
Formed in Japan, BABYMETAL shattered conventions by fusing J-pop energy with crushing metal riffs. Fronted by SU-METAL, alongside MOAMETAL and MOMOMETAL, the group rose to global attention with their self-titled debut album and breakout hit “Gimme Chocolate!!”. Their rapid ascent saw them make history as the youngest group to sell out Budokan Arena, followed by a sold-out performance at Wembley Arena, becoming the first Japanese metal band to do so.
BABYMETAL continued their global rise with METAL GALAXY, reaching No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and No. 1 on Top Rock Albums, a first for an Asian artist. Recent milestones include their 10-show Budokan series, the conceptual album THE OTHER ONE, and major international tours across Europe, Asia, and Australia.
